Fixture Shape Guide
Not sure whether to choose a UFO or Linear fixture? Use this table to find the best fit for your space layout.
| Fixture Shape | Best For | Typical Applications |
|---|---|---|
| UFO High Bay | Open-area lighting with wide, even light distribution | Open warehouses, factories, gyms, workshops, storage areas, exhibition halls |
| Linear High Bay | Long, rectangular, or aisle-based lighting areas | Warehouse aisles, high-rack storage, production lines, retail aisles, supermarkets, assembly lines |
Note: UFO high bay lights are ideal for open spaces requiring wide and uniform illumination, while linear high bay lights are better suited for aisles, racking areas, production lines, and long rectangular spaces. Final wattage selection should be based on ceiling height, mounting layout, required foot-candles/lux level, and beam angle.
