The Eco Bright Light C1D1 Explosion Proof Exit Sign provides clear red emergency exit identification in hazardous industrial environments. Its rugged aluminum housing, tempered glass sign plate, sealed IP66 construction and integrated three-hour emergency backup help maintain visible evacuation guidance during normal operation and unexpected power failures.

Maintained or Emergency-Only Operation
In maintained mode, the EXIT sign remains illuminated during normal AC operation and continues operating from the backup battery during a power failure. In emergency-only mode, the sign remains off while normal power is available and automatically illuminates when utility power is interrupted.
Three-Color Battery Status System
The integrated indicator system provides clear charging and fault information. Red indicates fast charging, green indicates trickle charging or higher battery capacity, and yellow identifies low battery capacity or abnormal system operation. The magnetic switch supports initial activation, system reset and emergency shutdown.
Wall, Pipe or Chain Installation
Install the fixture directly on a wall, suspend it from a compatible straight pipe and junction box, or use the stainless-steel mounting sling for chain suspension. Select the installation method according to viewing direction, ceiling height, classified-area wiring requirements and available structural support.
Hazardous-location performance depends on the complete installation, including approved conduit, sealing fittings, junction boxes, gaskets, fasteners and wiring methods. Installation and emergency testing must be completed by qualified personnel according to the supplied instructions and applicable electrical and life-safety codes.
